Personal information is not stored or used in anyway.
Returns: Generally returns are not accepted due to the nature of custom builds. However they will be considered as a case by case basis. I want you to be happy with your instrument, so anything I can do to help that I will.
Refunds: Refunds are Only issued on case by case basis along with returns. if determined a refund will be offered there will be restocking fee and a percentage held back for payment fees and possible rework to make trumpet resellable. All refunds subject to fees.
Delivery Policy: All in stock items will be shipped within one business week. All other built to order items will be shipped within the designated build period.
Cancellations: Cancellations on new custom builds result in forfeiture of full deposit. Cancellations of other parts and accessories subject to fees and taken on case by case basis. Depending on how much work has already been done and completed may result in less refunded. If cancellation is needed please contact me.
